Everything you need to know about credential usage

Celebration Entry

Location: Van Ness and Grove Street, south of City Hall

This is the only point of entry where special equipment and non-compliant bags will be allowed through security.

This entrance leads through Volunteer Village and provides direct pathway access to the Main Stage press corral.

If already inside the celebration, check in at Main Stage South entrance (Polk and Grove).

Important Reminders

  • Credentials must be worn at all times and prominently displayed
  • You may be asked to leave restricted areas if credentials are not visible
  • Keep your credential accessible for security checkpoints

Parade Route Access

Safety Guidelines

Stand on SF Muni transit islands located in the middle of Market Street. Do not photograph or report from the roadway.

YOU MAY NOT WANDER THE ROADWAY DURING THE PARADE

Media Entry Points

There are only two (2) media entry points to the Parade route. Credentials will be checked at each location.

1 Market Street at 9th Street
2 77 Beale Street at Market

You must be wearing your credential to access the Parade route. No exceptions.

Friday June 26th

The San Francisco Trans March is San Francisco's largest transgender Pride event and one of the largest trans events in the entire world. It's always the Friday of Pride weekend and thousands of people attend.

Saturday June 27th
