Employee Resource Groups
We welcome support from both corporations and their employee resource groups (ERGs).
Corporate Partnerships typically involve larger budgets and can include major sponsorships of stages, events, financial support for parade contingents, or large-scale installations and floats.
ERG Participation in our parade allows employee groups to show support for LGBTQ+ colleagues while helping create a more inclusive workplace culture. Though budgets may be smaller, the impact is equally meaningful.
