We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Generally, financial and transaction records are kept for a minimum of seven (7) years for legal and audit purposes.
Our services and events are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.
