Required insurance coverage for SF Pride 2026 participants
All vendors, exhibitors, and participants must provide Certificates of Insurance to the following three certificate holders. Please ensure your insurance provider issues certificates meeting the requirements below.
The City and County of San Francisco and the Recreation and Park Department and its agents, employees and commissioners are additionally insured in single limits applying to physical injury, property damage, and personal injury at Civic Center Plaza, Fulton Plaza, UN Plaza and Don Chee Hardscape Lot from 6/26 to 6/30 in conjunction with the San Francisco Pride Celebration.
SFLBGTPCC Inc, SF Pride, its agents, employees and commissioners are additionally insured in single limits applying to physical injury, property damage, and personal injury for work performed in conjunction with SF Pride.
Silverback Pacific LLC and Silverback Enterprises LLC, its agents, employees and commissioners are additionally insured in single limits applying to physical injury, property damage, and personal injury for work performed in conjunction with SF Pride.
You will need to provide THREE separate Certificates of Insurance to the certificate holders listed above. Each certificate must meet the specified coverage requirements.
