Salary: Up to $70,125

Oversee all production logistics for SF Pride's parade and celebration events.

San Francisco Pride is a nonprofit organization that produces the SF Pride Parade and Celebration. We are dedicated to education, celebration, and liberation for the LGBTQIA+ community and our allies.

About the position

The Production Manager is responsible for planning and executing festival and parade production elements, including vendor coordination, technical logistics, scheduling, and on-site management.

Key responsibilities

  • Project implementation across parade, street fair, and stages
  • Manage registration systems for parade contingents
  • Coordinate vendor logistics and the vendor map/layout
  • Oversee entertainment and artist logistics
  • Serve as contractor liaison during event execution

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in large-scale event production
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, and volunteers

Salary and benefits

This position offers an annual salary of $70,125 along with a benefits package.
