Working in San Francisco, Now

SF Pride operates at the intersection of history and urgency. Founded in 1970, we've been organizing for liberation for over 50 years—and that work is more critical than ever. In this political moment, with attacks on trans rights, book bans, and anti-LGBTQ+ legislation spreading nationwide, our work matters deeply.

We're building a team that reflects the diversity of our community: trans, nonbinary, queer, people of color, disabled folks, and allies who understand that Pride is protest, celebration is resistance, and visibility saves lives. If you're ready to do work that matters in a city that's been the heart of LGBTQ+ liberation, we want to hear from you.
