Empowering Our Local Community
San Francisco Pride is a global celebration with deeply local roots. Our Community Sponsorship program exists to formally recognize the small businesses, local organizations, and passionate individuals who are already giving immensely to our community—and to provide an accessible pathway for others to join them.
Whether through in-kind services, hosting community events, or direct financial support, your contributions make Pride possible. These tiers are our way of saying thank you, celebrating your commitment, and uplifting your work year-round. Partnering with SF Pride means aligning with our core values: Authentic Representation, Safety in Being, and building a Beacon of Love.
Eligibility Guidelines
Our Community Sponsorship program is strictly designed to uplift our local, small-scale champions. To ensure these opportunities serve their intended purpose—and do not compete with standard parade registration or corporate sponsorships—participants must meet the following criteria:
Who Qualifies
- Local, independent businesses (headquartered in the Bay Area)
- Small businesses and "mom-and-pop" shops
- Local non-profit organizations and community groups
- Individuals and families
Who Does Not Qualify
- Large national or multinational corporations
- Franchises of national brands
- Companies seeking standard corporate marketing/activation
- Organizations better suited for our Corporate Sponsorships or ERG Packages
Note: San Francisco Pride reserves the right to review all applications and direct organizations to the appropriate sponsorship or registration tier to maintain the integrity of our programs. This program is not a discount tier for corporate entities.
